Botanic Ridge Campaign

A residential community located in the new suburb of Botanic Ridge, Raft were appointed to help reinvigorate the sales and marketing activity for this estate.

Raft have successfully re-positioned the Botanic Ridge to reflect its core propositions of an estate that is an established family friendly community that offers wide open green space, large home sites and and a connection to the adjoining Royal Botanic Gardens.

Increased levels of purchaser inquiry, sakes office visitation and website traffic have contributed to an increase in sales activity.
